Users are prohibited from using any form of inappropriate or offensive language within the chat feature of multiplayer games. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity, hate speech, and discriminatory remarks.
Users must not share, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material that does not belong to them without explicit permission from the owner.
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while using EMW Games. Any behavior that violates these terms, including cheating, harassment, or exploiting game mechanics, is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing login information, including usernames and passwords, with anyone is strictly prohibited. Any actions taken on their account, whether intentional or unintentional, are their responsibility.
Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of a user's account. EMW Games reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
When playing multiplayer games, users can only join games from users on their game partners list.
Users can add someone to their game partners list by searching for their username on the add game partners screen.
Users can accept, reject, or block partnership requests.
Game partners can play multiplayer games together, and either user can remove the other from their list or block them.
Users are responsible for managing their game partners list and should only add people they know and trust.
Be cautious when adding new game partners.
A user's personal information will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy.
Multiplayer games allow users to chat with each other, but users must follow the guidelines in these terms to avoid account suspension.
If a user finds chat content offensive or inappropriate, they can report the chat, providing details in the report dialog.
EMW Games will act within 24 hours and take necessary action against the reported user.
Users are encouraged to report anything that creates an uncomfortable environment during a network game.
EMW Games and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use EMW Games.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Any conduct or content of any third party on EMW Games, including but not limited to the chat feature in multiplayer games.
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account or data.
By using EMW Games, you expressly understand and agree that EMW Games shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including but not limited to the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:
Negotiation: The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations between themselves.
Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally, unless otherwise agreed.
Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining disputes or controversies shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of an arbitration service chosen by mutual agreement. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
EMW Games reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. EMW Games will notify you before making any changes to these terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Once any updated terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use EMW Games. If you do not agree to the updated terms then you can delete your account and cease using the app.
